Sixth Grade

Mrs. Marianne Bunce

Mrs. Bunce.jpgMrs. Marianne Bunce is a member of the 6th grade team at Cunningham. She was born in San Francisco and raised in San Jose. She loves to garden and is well known for her green thumb with flowers and vegetables.

Mrs. Bunce received her Bachelor of Arts degree from San Jose State University and her Master of Sciences from Walden University.

Prior to teaching at Cunningham, she taught at Cherry Chase Elementary School and Sunnyvale Middle School, both in Sunnyvale California. She is a Cunningham veteran with 18 years of experience at the school.

Mrs. Bunce loves to participate in Math Night activities. She also loves to take her 6th grade students to Foothill Horizons Outdoor School.

Mrs. Souza

Mrs. Souza.jpgMrs. Souza is one of two new teachers on the Cunningham sixth grade team, but she is not new to teaching. She comes to Cunningham by way of Creekside Middle School and Las Palmas Elementary School, both located in Patterson, California.

Mrs. Souza is married and has three children. She attended California State University, Stanislaus where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies and a multiple subject teaching credential. In addition to teaching, Mrs. Souza has a received a Master of Arts degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Brandman University.

Mrs. Ashley Sullivan

Mrs. Ashley Sullivan.jpgMrs. Ashley Sullivan is one of two new teachers on the Cunningham 6th grade team. She is married and has 2 boys. Mrs. Sullivan also has a dog and chickens.

She was born and raised in Turlock, California where she also received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies with a concentration in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages. Additionally, Mrs. Sullivan received her multiple subject teaching credential with authorizations in English and Social Studies.
